The Hamsa is a palm shaped right hand found throughout the middle east.  It predates modern religions and has been used as a sign to ward off the evil eye (hence the eye in the center) since ancient times.  It is variously now known as the Hand of Miriam, the Hand of Mary and the Hand of Fatima.  The Hamsa is a custom design and can be changed to meet your needs.  Altering the design adds a $35 nonrefundable set up fee.  The Hamsa measures approximately 4 inches by 5 inches and comes cut into a square piece of wood.  If you want it cut out to the shape of the hand there is an additional charge of $35.
